MOKE and MFM on magnetically coated nanofiber mats: Transferring well‐known methods to uncommon samples

چکیده
Abstract The hysteresis loops of magnetic samples can be measured by the magneto‐optical Kerr effect (MOKE), while force microscopy (MFM) is used to depict domain walls or spatially resolved magnetization orientation in nanostructures thin films. Both methods are commonly applied on films with a perfectly flat surface nanostructures. Here, we report MOKE and MFM measurements new class materials, namely electrospun mats randomly oriented nanofibers which influence 30 nm Co coating layer, proving especially method utilizable for rough surfaces. Possible interpretations these first highly structured layers given.

Electrospinning and stabilization of chitosan nanofiber mats
Chitosan is of special interest for biotechnological and medical applications due to its antibacterial, antifungal and other intrinsic physical and chemical properties. The biopolymer can, e.g., be used for biotechnological purposes, as a filter medium, in medical products, etc. In all these applications, the inner surface should be maximized to increase the contact area with the filtered mediu...

متن کاملElectrospun Ceramic Nanofiber Mats Today: Synthesis, Properties, and Applications
Ceramic nanofibers (NFs) have recently been developed for advanced applications due to their unique properties. In this article, we review developments in electrospun ceramic NFs with regard to their fabrication process, properties, and applications. We find that surface activity of electrospun ceramic NFs is improved by post pyrolysis, hydrothermal, and carbothermal processes. Also, when combi...
متن کاملLysozyme-loaded, electrospun chitosan-based nanofiber mats for wound healing.
In this study, a blend mixture of chitosan-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (CS 2 wt%-EDTA) at a weight ratio of 30/70 and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution (10 wt%) was electrospun to produce fibrous mats with lysozyme (10, 20 and 30 wt%) used for wound healing. The morphology and diameter of the electrospun fiber mats with and without lysozyme were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)...
